Virtual Consultations – FAQs

Virtual Consultations – FAQs

Below are some of the most frequently asked questions regarding virtual consultations.

What is involved with the skin type questionnaire?
There are 9 basic questions, and then you select your top three skin concerns.

Will my diet be addressed in Radiant Skin Wellness Game Plan?
Yes, super foods, and supplements will be discussed based on your skin type.

Is it necessary to remove my makeup for my appointment?
It is best not to wear makeup so your skin can be analyzed better if you are having a video consultation.

Do you have a return policy?
There are no refunds but an exchange is possible. We will discuss this in further detail if needed. NYR Organics has many products besides those for the face.

Which personal skin products should I bring to the appointment for you to analyze?
Please bring your cleanser, toner (if you use one), moisturizer and sunscreen/protection to your video appointment. If you are having a phone appointment, we will review product ingredients.

What happens after the video or phone consultation ends?
Once your personal consultation is concluded, you will be given access (when you log in to your account on our website) to download PDF documents for your skin type, nutritional advice and more.

What are the requirements to be able to have a video consultation?
Valid email address.
Computer, tablet or cell phone with web cam access (the better see you!)
For Skype™, you will need to have an account with a user name, as well as basic knowledge of how to use its video calling feature.
A reliable internet connection.
For FaceTime®, you must have an Apple device (iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac) with FaceTime® capabilities and your Apple ID email address.
A well lit room during the time of your video consultation.

Will you really be able to see my skin over a web cam?
Using a web cam in a well lit room will allow us to see superficial details of your skin. It is the results from the skin typing questionnaire that will provide more details of your skin.
